Barcelona’s Ansu Fati has become the youngest Champions League scorer ever at just 17 years and 40 days old. Fati knocked out Inter Milan with his game-winning goal.


Ansu Fati is now the youngest ever goalscorer in the UEFA Champions League after his goal against Inter Mian.

Fati is only 17 years and 40 days old, and his game-winning goal solidified top sport for Barcelona, while also sending Inter down to the Europa League.

The 17-year-old scored a peach of a goal after a quick 1-2 move left him open to strike the ball from just outside the box to beat Inter Goalkeeper, Samir Handanovic.


With Fati coming on for Barcelona in a rested team, The young forward was able to bag another goal for Barcelona this season, his first in the Champions League and has solidified his name into the Champions League history books.

This was Fati’s third goal of the season in all competitions and is quickly marking his name in World Football as well as becoming one of Barcelona’s next big names.

Barcelona are into the knockout stages of the Champions League after topping their group. Borussia Dortmund will be following them into the knockout stages after Inter Milan losing out on second.
