President Bongo of Gabon made a surprise appearance public yesterday where he addressed supporters.
Mr Bongo suffered a stroke in Oct 2018 and has been seen a handful of times since.
His Head of Cabinet Brice Laccruche Alihanga, urged supporters to vote for him in 2023.
The President Ali Bongo, despite suffering from a stroke, was seen campaigning and asking the crowd to vote for him for President again in 2023.
He has ruled since 2009 after he takes over from his dad, Omar Bongo was Gabon President for 42 years (1967 – 2009).
This has caused some mixed reactions while people are asking who bewitched Africa.
