Who is Prince Omoha? His real full name is Omoha Nduka John, but he is popularly known as Prince Omoha.He is a Hong Kong base Nigerian real estate Entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He is the chairman and chief executive officer of Prince luxury group. The Award wining real Estate entrepreneur is also the founder of Prince Omoha Foundation. The road to success of Prince Omoha started at the age of 14, when he was managing his father’s motorcycle parts business in Ezzamgbo area in Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi State.

According to Omoha, he said it was easy for him to take over his father’s business because his siblings were more concerned with their academics in school than learning any business. Omoha revealed that his father later shutdown the motorcycle parts business and veered into commercial real estate, before getting a political appointment. With his father’s pressure and his own restless quest for financial independence, Omoha Nduka John started his own business.

Prince Omoha, said “I started a recharge cards business with a token of 3,000 Naira. I was making 40 naira profit in each 1,000 naira sales bulk of recharge card, which i considered as a lucrative business as of then”.

The turning point for Omoha, was around 2008 and 2010 when he visited his elder brother in Lagos. After two visits he decided to join his brother in his business where he made substantial savings and ventured into mining business.

Omoha said “I was into mining while schooling in the university until I met one Anambra man whom I supplied stones and made my first million in the business”.

After a business sojourn when he moved to Hong Kong, Omoha Nduka John also known as Prince Omoha returned home and established his Prince Luxury Group Company in 2016, which are now a top notch leader in real estate sector in Nigeria.
